Nguyen Xuan Minh (5) at the Peace Village 2 was born with the very rare crouzon
syndrome.  The condition is very unusual, but in Vietnam, it is one of several birth
defects that occur more frequently than in other countries. It is very
probable that the cause is Agent Orange.
